Once you are receiving services from Buena Vida, scheduling a ride is simple. Just call ahead, and we will take care of the rest.
Schedule a Ride
Call us at least 72 hours before your appointment to schedule your ride. Our bilingual staff will confirm your pickup time, destination, and any special needs such as wheelchair access or a companion rider.

On the day of your appointment, our driver arrives at your front door, helps you to the vehicle, and drives you safely to your destination. After your appointment, we bring you back home — door to door, every time.

Yes. Our entire fleet is equipped with wheelchair ramps and secure tie-down systems. Our drivers are trained to assist passengers with mobility devices safely and comfortably.
We ask that you schedule rides at least 72 hours in advance so we can plan routes and ensure availability. For recurring appointments such as dialysis, we can set up a standing schedule so you only need to call once.
Yes. Our transportation service qualifies under Medicaid Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). First, you will need to contact the Federated Transportation Services of the Bluegrass to be approved and provide your information. Once enrolled, you can call us, and we will help you from there.
